Friday May 25 2007 is still in the back of my memory. Is was quiet until CSX 8350, 9000, and 2739 rolled lite past the siding switch and rolled behind my friends store. As soon as they stopped hazmat and the fire department all gathered under SD40-2 8350 with 5 gallon buckets. Apparently CSX 8350 had struck a object that put a hole in the fuel tank down near Kingston Tunnel and the crew noticed it leaking when the stopped at a signal. The Next day it was in the newspaper it was also the day that told me I need to get a digital camera. |
